Psu Home sub/amp question

I have 2 type r's
In the winter i put my subs in my house and could this 1000w power supply work?
I have never used a psu to power any amp for my sub and i have a receiver that i can hook the rca's up to just need to know if only specific psu's work or will just any 1000w psu work? for example this is for sale in my area.

the unit is a 12v/70a so it you should be able to hook it up to your amp and just run. It says it can only hand 1000watt so keep your amp down since 2 type r are rated for 600rms/1500 peak.

This isn't about the psu anymore but i did buy a 1200w psu. I was wondering what the Obcon duel 12" port box was tuned to and if its a good box for 2 type r's? i have 2 separate Obcon boxes. and the port size looks the same as the duel 12".
