here is link about the purge solenoid valve question and does it really need to be hooked up ?? and if not could that cause a MAP sensor issue?? Right now had screw in where it normal goes in to the Intake, but been that way when we bought the vehicle some years ago and this is the 3rd engine...and never really had a problem or issue, but wondering since we are having an issue with 2.5 map senor that maybe this could be cause? We will most likely give it a try worst it can do is not work...and can put way it was and should work fine??
