yes it works and its pretty easy to do. you need the cluster and the wiring harness with the plugs. if you go to the junkyards try to see if you can cut the plugs from the harness with about a foot of wiring attached. what i did was cut my harness out then wired my harness and the new harness together then i wired the other end of the two back to the car harness.

here is a link to ht that will tell you a little bit http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?p=41431594

here is the diagram i used, you need the left 2 columns and the far right one dont worry about the other two

i would go for the 03-05 cluster because they look better imo, you can see the difference in that link the first picture is a 03-05 and the second one is a 01-02. also for the cluster to fit into my dash i had to trim off about 3/4 of an inch off on the left and right side of the cluster but you dont see it because the cluster bezel and i trimmed it so perfect that it slides in and doesnt move because none of the screw holes line up. and you will need to trim your cluster bezel also or else it wont go all the way in

well before i bought mine i seen one on craigslist for 100 obo and i found one on ebay for 80 i think but neither had plugs. i went to sacramento and went to all the junkyards and found one place who just cut the plugs off the interior harness for me( every other place was trying to charge 100$ for the interior harness) but i paid 160 for the cluster.just so you know people have said that every light works and all gauges except the heat gauge but on my cluster the check engine light is on even though its not on on my other cluster.i also cant get my high beam signal to work. i need to go to the honda dealer and get there book and look what wires are what because im sure if i knew what wire was for the heat gauge and wired it up it probably would work

also it is a little hard to find. i found it a long time ago and thought it was cool but then when i went back to look for the links i couldnt find it because i didnt have the right search terms that i used the first time.

thanks for the heads up.

about the temp gauge, if you check the second video link above the guy said he resoldered the board to get it to work... does that mean anything to you? not sure how much work that is to locate the points...

ya idk i have no clue on what spot to solder to and im not willing to try lol. i bet it would work if i just wired it up but it doesnt say which wire on the new cluster is the heat gauge wire.before i did mine i also seen someone say that the mph didnt work right like when they were doing 70 it only said 1mph but that was wrong cause i hooked mine up and it works fine so maybe there wrong about the temp gauge to.also when your rewiring you have to pay attention to the wires because there are a few of the same exact color wires that do 2 different things so for example

yellow/green with 1 silver stripe controls this.....
yellow/green with 2 silver stripes control this..... so pay attention cause i had to go back and fix a couple things like my left blinker didnt work and something else didnt work because of that but i fixed it
