Alright ive got a jdm b16, and my buddy is selling his full ebay t3/t4 turbo kit for $200, if i buy this kit could i use a eclipse pressure regulator, injectors (450 cc) and a v-afc, would the v-afc be good enough to tune the air fuel for the turbo?

When you say good enough what are your goals. To tune for a mild hp gain and low PSI then a v-afc will do the job. If you go big hp gains then you have to tune with a better setup. For a $200 kit what are you getting?
for the $200 kit i am getting turbo, mani, intercooler, all piping fittings and lines, oh and down pipe
