question about buying overseas

you may find one already in canada, since its a little bit easier to get cars from overseas to there.

If the OP wants to make it legal in the US, he's going to want to check and double check and triple check his local laws and how to register it first. My understanding is most states are cracking down lately.

Check your local Emission laws also since you live in ID you might not look at strict laws like CA

there is no emissions laws where i live i have been using money converter and its anywhere from 8k to 10k for the car and almost 3k to ship it from the uk does anyone know where to buy a civic type r in the us.... if you can get me links that would be nice

I will have disagree on that point, if you live in post falls like your profile says, you most definitely are like 20 minutes from me here in spokane, and our nearest port is seattle or tacoma.
