question about interior lights

i know alot of you said you ordered your LED bulbs from superbrightleds.com but when i went to order they dont give you a final price on the shipping. they said at least $5 dollars and theyll email you if its more. but they wont email you until AFTER you give them all your credit card info. wtf is up with that? how do i know its not a scam and they arent gonna charge like $500 for it?
