Question about Spark Plug Wires

Pretty basic question guys and girls:

with stock honda spark plugs, does upgrading to NGK or ACCEL spark plug WIRES make ANY difference at all in ANY WAY except for looks? They claim it increases HP by 5-8. True or false? Any experienced opinions would be great. THANKS!

no, stock honda spark plugs are ngk i belive, and no spark plugs do not add hp, i got ngk in my b16 right now
