so ive had a system in my car, since the weekend i bought my car. this is what it consists of
Pioneer mp3 headunit
2 12" Alpine Type R's
1200 xplod amp (overrated i know)
2 rockford fosgate 6x9 4 way kickers in the rear
2 rockford fosgate 6" 4 way kickers in the front
i know civics are notoriously bad with reception, but whenever i listen to a station that plays music that has a lot of bass behind it the station becomes staticy. but its only staticy when the bass hits. when its just music and no bass, its crystal clear. why is that? i know you know the answer akiahara
im guessing that is because when the base hits it really takes a lot of power from the battery and thus the reception gets poor for that slit second. what do i need to buy in order for this to stop happening. i should also mention if its night time then my headlights dim as a result of the bass lol. would this be something that a (flux) capicitor would fix?
