i was wondering if a 99-00 civic ex wiring harness will work on my 96-98 civic ex??

yeah but i thought there could have been something alittle different cause they changed a few things better to ask then get it and it dont work
it will work, but it is not plug and play. you will have to cut and splice every plug that doesn't plug in. 96-98 is obd2a and 99-00 is obd2.
