Aight, In the civic specs it says that 99' ex are vtecs? My car doesn't say vtec and i forget what my engine says and I'm too lazy too look right now so i was just wondering if all 99' ex civics were vtecs?????

i cant count how many times ive argued with my friend luis about this..... he keeps insisting that i don't have a VTEC but i keep telling him that it doesnt say that on the valve cover because its only and SOHC. He has an integra so he thinks he's godly or some s**t....
