ditch the pulleys and just keep the stockers
what size is the piping on the greddy evo, 2.25 is ok for a small set up but not going to be great in the future
V2 - you dont need a cai if your going to be boosting

you need to get a manifold with a t3 flange and downpipe that fits the pattern on the exhaust side of the turbo

then get piping to custom fit your fmic location and compressor tot he tb

you will need a Wastegate , oil lines return and feed, fitting for the oilpan for oil return line

various little things along the way

dont forget to upgrade the injectors. i think u need 310cc's to run 7psi (ideal for stock internals). also u should run a colder range spark plug, I use NGK (i think the part # is 1283, i'll double check). take into consideration that there is more to maintain on a turbo motor if you want it to last so dont forget to do your homework on it.

i've seen stock LS blocks push 15psi w/ hondata but i wouldn't do that unless u know and understand what u r doing. proper tunning is necessary.

keep us posted on your plans

i think you should swap to an manual LS tranny, with LSD. Taller gearing=better for turbo apps.(i think)

long gears are not good for boost, they are slow bleh
i hate people who say yea ill be in boost longer
doh you will accel like my grandma

get a b16 or itr tranny, same thing but itr has lsd though with enough power your going to shred that thing anyhow
or just find a cheaper gsr tranny whcih is great for boost

nothing wrong with auto n boost, you stay in boost when shifting, but most of the time it does suck

dont waste your time going to 310s, just get at least 440s or 550s for future fuel needs

ls can handle a good amount of boost, just depends on hte cfms

definitely go with the hondata ecu,and s200 unit, and like evan2 said,at least get 550cc injectors, because you always want more fuel than not enough, and with the hondata you can get it tuned to run perfect.im running this setup now on an ls/vtec,with 650cc RC injectors.also,i would use the b16 tranny, shorter gears, but it runs better.
