quick question about engine swaps

ok, i have a 1996 civic hx, its one of the most rare civics. it comes with the vtec-e engine in it thats for economy,although its still a vtec i was looking into an engine swap, should i get the ex engine or go b16 or b18 or something,ive put alot of thought in this and not sure what to do,all comments appriciated...thanks

i SUGGEST a B series swap... id say get a b16a2 from the 99-00 civic si ... its a 1.6L DOHC VTEC ... the b18b1 is also a great engine.. more torque .. its a 1.8L DOHC non-VTEC .. and its a cheap engine compared to a b18c1 ... 1.8 DOHC VTEC...

yeah i like the b16 si engine, cause i would rather have a vtec, thats why i love these cars, thanks for posting
