Gotcha well my stock seats are getting pretty old and 700+ on recaros or brides is a little extravagant...I'm gonna get the ebay seats and hope for the best (not those ripoff bride ones though haha)

s**t...well I bought some black with red stich ones off ebay, we"ll see what happends. Either way they will be better than my stock ones, the foam is almost gone and the frame is almost sticking out of the cloth in a few places

There's more to seat technology than holding you in there while your driving. Many people forget that if you get hit in an accident...a recaro seat..probably won't break in half like that eBay seat will.

My seats came yesterday and so I was wondering if anyone has a good link to a DIY seat brackets. I've looked at a few "universal seat brackets" but they're kind of pricey.

bumpin this bc I ran into some problems. Seats look great and are pretty comfy but does anyone have a link on how to use stock brackets with new seats? Or a diy on making your own brackets? Spent the last 3 hours trying to rig these seats up and it was to no avail...Im f**king pissed

brackets sort of lined up, I may just need a dremmel to make the holes bigger...when I screw in 2 of the bolts (back ones) the front ones dont line up and vice versa. The "universal sliders" that those seats came with do not line up with the holes on the brackets either...

I guess thats what I get by going with eGay...a bunch of added work
