Radiator Fan Motor***

Hi:

My radiator fan motor is not working (2003 Honda Civic LX). I cannot get it fixed for at least 3 weeks. Is this serious? Also, what is a fair price to have it fixed? I usually go to the dealer to have all my car work done. The price I was quoted was around $545.00 including parts and labor.

i would throw a slim fan on it, cheap fix. But you should be able to source a fan from local shops.

You could get a fan at a higher quality than OEM for less than half that price. I think you are better doing the job yourself.
