Radiator support help!!

Hey I recently bought a 99 sedan that got into a little fender bender I bought it the way it was, so as I get home and looked at it better I realized that the previous owner or whoever replaced the top section of the rad support and it's a hack job I don't even think it's a section from a 99-00 probably not even a civic anyways I was wondering if I could just take out that and replace it with a proper 99-00 rad support section and would it be ok what would I need ?

Of course you can..why wouldn't you be able to? Just get a whole new core support and replace the whole thing.
