Radiator Trouble?

So, I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX with 208000 miles. It's had a head gasket change in 11/15 and a new radiator installed in 11/16. Everything fine except for the past couple weeks. I noticed the reservoir was full and the radiator wasn't sucking in coolant, took it in and everything has been fine on that since then. Had the heater hose burst two days ago and had to get it towed. Now the problem...

Everytime I take off the radiator cap,the coolant comes bursting out, I tried changing the cap but it still does it. Any ideas what it might be?

I ran a jiffy lube for ablut five years and we would have to test every cap and over half of them would not hold the pressure that was on the cap so i know that they are not very accurate so get one from napa or what ever auto stor you have around you and Let me know if that helps

Okay, would the caps with the little release lever help at all?
