Radio Does Not Power On

Hello,

I recently upgraded an old radio (JVC) to a newer radio (Kenwood) in my 1992 Honda civic which worked just perfect for a few day. I was going to install a new antenna and the kenwood is not playing anymore.

I have checked the connector wires and they are all fine and I checked the radio fuse and the car fuse and still not working. The radio unit does not power on anymore.

I have installed the previous radio and now that one is not power on either.

Please Help!

Thank You

I don't know which ones as I don't have a diagram near me and don't have a moment to look one up, but I think there is 2 fuses in the car that are for the radio.

If both units aren't powering on, you either have a bad connection or a fuse is blown.

It's not that hard guy. You are not getting power. Time to get a voltmeter, $15 at Radio Shack. U are going to use it for other things, it's a forever tool. Recommended. Loose connector, loose splice, assuming ur looking at the correct fuse.
