Radio Noise problem

Hey I own a 95 honda civic I just put in a newer after market kenwood cd player about 3 years ago.I have all my speakers on 2 different amps; 1 amp for door and rear deck speakers and the other for the subwoofers. I never had any problems with the audio system until a few months ago when it just started making whining noises out of no where. These noises happen when: the volume is down or up, fm radio is on, cd player is on, and when aux is on. The whining only stops when the radio is in standby or off. The noise doesn't go along with the acceleration of the car it happens at random times and frequently. I checked all my connections and fuses and they where all fine so I just bought a brand new radio and after 30 minutes of playing perfect the random whining noises returned. I've had my alternator and battery checked and they are both good. Could the problem be with the factory radio ground wire being attached to the new radio? Please help!!!

I guess check your grounds, and Do you have a capacitor? or is it possible you have a bad amp?

trying diagnose aproblem like that on here is going to be near impossible. That is a fix it on site problem. take it to an audio shop. asking if you have a capacitor is the first clue that the answers you are going to get are piss poor

Ground, ground, ground. This will be your biggest problem with our cars. They are sensitive grounding wise. Ground the black wire to the chassis. All your grounds MUST be a good connection, so get a wire brush and take the paint off where you're grounding. Put a thicker gauge wire on your battery and make sure it's paint free.

I hate to say it but I deal with this "whining" at least a few times a week and I charge big money just to simply ground.
