radio not working

I disconnected my battery to reset a error code, after doing so my radio does not work, it shows the time , when I turn it on I get a COde on the face, anyone have this problem ?

hey im am pretty sure it is a safety thing like if somebody tries to steal it, it locks itself-soon as the power is disconnected.
