Radio Not Working.

So I had a Pioneer flip out headunit in my car and tried to install the Pioneer Ipod adapter on it. After splicing up the wires and connected them, my radio just doesn't turn on. I only spliced up the wires that were supposed to go with each other and nothing else. I even pulled it out and tried my stock radio, nothing. I thought I fried my radio, but I tested it with a booster and it works, so it can't be my radio that's fried. The fuse isn't blown either. What do you guys think is the problem? Any suggestions? Thanks guys.

Yeah, check the fuse under the hood....that just might be the culprit.
