Radio Swap

I was wondering what the back connections of a 7th generation Honda Civic were because i just bought a 6th generation civic and it has an aftermarket radio that i want to swap with a factory one. Has anyone tried this radio swap.

If I remember right I don't think the factory harness is the same but you can go to any install bay and get one to fit that car. You are probably going to need a new dash kit as well to make it fit properly.
