were trying to install a new sony deck and the power works but we r not getting any sound? any advice???

i dont think there is a reset button, and yes the speakers r hooked up.

depending on what kind of car that you are working on is probably your problem. A lot of cars have some sort of factory amp that needs to be triggered to work.
So what kind of car are you working on

a 6th gen civic...
