Random oil comsumption!!

My Stock 92 DX with a D15B7 will randomly use about 1/2 a quart of oil. It it being burned, hard to hide the cloud of smoke from the exhaust. I think it might be the PCV valve, has anyone run into this?

i take it there is no leaking issues? and it could be the pcv valve.....it also could be your rings too, whats the milage by chance?

218,xxx. i'm going to start with PCV because it's the cheapest, if that doesn't fix it it's time for a rebuild.

Mine will occasionally " Randomly" use oil.... But it never burns it!, you can't smell it!..... I just don't know where it goes! I just keep a good and close eye on it!
