rattling during acceleration starts at 3000 rpms

when accelerating a rattle starts under the hood when you hit 3000 rpms after shifting it goes away until you hit 3000 again. If you shift early it won't do it. it only does it when you start getting into it

My truck does something similar to that. But in my case it's just a heat shield around the exhaust.
