re:front brakes

i am having problems with my front brakes, when i brake the right front rotor starts to make a tumbling noise, and i just got my brakes done 4 months ago.
ill appreciate any help i can get

could you be more specific in the noise it is making? is there any breaking preformance loss?

maybe there are some problems with the calipers. as the mechanism of the calipers is moving inside, it is possible that for some reasons the calipers do not move freely or even get stucked.

when i got my car the guy i got it from change everything.
rotors, pads, ect... but when they get hot they sound so freaking old.... is it possible they r dirty or something is wrong with them? what can i do i fix them?
