Yeah. Verizon and Sprint (and now tmobile) more times than not take out ads directly attacking AT&T whereas AT&T doesn't typically take out ads attacking any of those three.

The other point is that with AT&T sporting at least multiple millions more customers than even the closest network Verizon, people still come out of the woodwork saying that they're the worst and they hate them blah blah blah. Someone gave me a link about consumer reports saying a 58000 person sample that read consumerreports.org, AT&T had the lowest satisfaction. 58000 is definitely enough to judge based on a large scale group of 78+ million customers. Don't get me wrong, AT&T is just as evil as the other phone corporations in America, but at least their products have always done what they said were supposed to do for me.

Verizon Wireless - 67.2M
T-Mobile has 30.8M
Sprint - 51.9M
AT&T Wireless - 78.9M

Wait wait wait... So you're saying that 0.0007% of the total AT&T customers is enough to judge???? That is a RIDICULOUSLY small percentage . 58,000 is around 25% of the total population of my city.

If we were talking 1mil+, then I would probably start to question the company. Like I say with most other things, there is always going to be someone who is going to complain or dislike something. Everyone has their own opinions.

I only have AT&T because my brother works for the company and as an employee benefit, he gets 2 discounted plans for family members. I can save a ton of money through him instead of having my own plan. The only downfall is I have to buy the phone straight up. I really want an iPhone since the plan is cheap through my brother but I don't want to spend $700 for the 4G :(. The 3GS is still like $3-400.

Just personally dont like AT&T because where i live it has alot more dead spots than verizon. I txted my manager to tell him i would be 10 min late for work and he got it as i was walking through the door. Its whatever works best for you though i dont like verizon for any other reason than that it picks up better in BFN GA
