are the ex and dx front bumper different?......or are you talkin bout something else...cuz if you take anything from another 96-98 civic it will fit..unless its a hatchback then only hatchback rear bumpers fit...you need to explain a little more...what model of civic? coupe hatch four door?
The '96-'98 coupe/sedan and '99-'00 coupe/sedan rear bumpers should be interchangeable. I think that rule goes the same for hatch rear bumpers. I know that the hatch bumpers will not fit on sedans or coupes though and visa-versa. The '96-'98 bumpers should curve in slightly at the bottom, and the '99-'00 should look the same, but after they curve inward they should curve outward again making a little lip. I thought that the rear bumpers were all the same on all models of coupes, sedans and hatches though.
I just need to know if the front bumper of an ex coupe ( or sedan if it fits) will fit on the dx. The ex has the little scoupes on the side..where as the dx is just one staright grill. So i just need to know if they are going fit w/o a prob. thanks

i think you are thinking of different years, the 96-98 should all be
interchangeable (front bumper) anything 99-00 will not fit 96-98
Only the front bumpers of '99-'00s have the vents on the sides of the lower grill.
