99-00 Si cables. Doesn't look like dealerships carry them anymore. At least majestic honda. Have you tried your local Honda? Perhaps classifieds.

I really believe Those are the parts that you need.

17 47510-S04-932 WIRE A, R. PARKING BRAKE
18 47560-S04-932 WIRE A, L. PARKING BRAKE

The reason it looks like that cable is short, is because when they designed this drawing - they were not going to redraw the whole line again, rather break it where it actually changes and differs and attach a leader with different part # to it.

Part # 8 and # 5 are more then likely the lines for drums. And notice that you can not even select those numbers because the diagram is for a 99-00 Civic Si

Thank you! i will order those parts then and pray that they are correct. Even though honda dealership claims it would be about 130 per side and also said there are 2 part numbers i need but wont tell me the correct numbers

you need the SI e-brake cable and the si master cylinder. also the proportioning valve should be changed as well
99-00 EX (not sure about previous model EX's) and Si share the same master cylinder. But an Si prop valve would be a good idea.

Ive read that it isnt needed to change prop valve as they are the same? If brakes give me hell then i will def do it.
