Rear end noise

I have an '08 Civic with less than 30K miles, the interior noise level near the rear of the car is a very loud rumbling. The rear tires are very worn, yet the front ones appear practically new. I am wondering if there is a connection between the noise and the wear of the tires? Tire pressure is good.

probally, check the tire for knots. or lil humps around it. that can make you think your car is falling apart
