What this rear fender molding called? Anyone know? I'd like to purchase some for my ride after i fix the rust back there

If you're fixing all the rust.. I wouldn't even but that crap and put it back on.. it traps the water/dirt and and just makes it rust faster.
ya thats an idea, but wouldnt all the water and rocks and junk just chip away at the new paint and make it rust again?
I sprayed my inner fender wells with undercoating (after first masking off all the painted areas)
the wells are fine, i'm just talking about that 1 inch fender lip right above the tire.
I'd rather not have the rubber there holding in water and debris, without it the paint may get scratched, but it really shouldn't cause the lip is on the outside, it doesn't wrap far underneath.I rarely see them around anymore.
na, i was talking about that piece of rubber or plastic in my picture circled above.
Without the rubber piece once you fix the rust it'll be like this:

I'm not sure as to what you're getting at? The rusty looking lip? You can just "roll" it under when you put the new quarters on.. so if you drop low they won't eat up your tires. That's why mine look a little different.
ah ok, i didnt realize your lip was rolled, it just looked like there was some plastic covering it or something that wrapped inside the fender.
No, the black shiny "plastic" looking material is undercoating my dad shot the fender wells with along with the underside of the whole car!
