Anyone ever done, or hear tell of someone doing something with the lock in the back seat? I'd like to remove it, or put something else in, so it's possible to open the rear seats without having to use a key all the time to do it

I'd like to have it set up in a way with like a push button release or something. Just thinking about it now, could prolly remove the tumble and try to stick something in there that I can just turn like i would the key, but something that's not actually the key.....don't think i worded that right, but you prolly get the idea
or you could just extend the cables that you have inthe trunk because in the trunk you can unlock the seats to pass stuff through i guess, just extend those with some clips and that should do
You know you can fold the seats forward from the trunk too, right? Pop the trunk and look toward the top of the trunk and you'll see two black T-shaped handles. Pull one and push that side of the seat forward.
Oh i know, i just want to be able to access the trunk easily from the interior though without having to use the key, or keep a spare key in the lock...know what i mean, jellybean?
