Rear Speaker

my rear speaker is not working... everytime i connect the wires to the speaker its making a buzzing sound.. i checked the + wire and its making 13v in it.. while the other speaker is only 6v... im thinking its the internal amplifier in the radio cuz i check the output voltage from ther to make sure theres no short to power somewer else . correct me if u think im wrong..

yea check the voltage coming out of the radio. if thats not it there might be a short in the wire somewhere

sound like head unit went bad to me then. if you dont want to replace it you can try to run a wire from your other rear speaker to it. you lose some sound quality but it should work until you get a new head unit

i did that but you know wat its making a TICKING sound wen i raise the volume

like static noise? or some kind of interference?

is that the only speaker with static? are you running a stock audio system?
