rebuild the rack & pinion or buy a new one

Hi everyone, I'm debating with myself either to rebuild the rack & pinion or just buy a new one, lmk (if you have came across the problem which you found your rack & pinion started to leak from the passenger side) and what have you done to it.

With the low cost of the rack its probably best to just replace it. However if you have the tools and experience turning wrenches you can replace the seals yourself. If you have to replace the inner seal it will require a special tool to remove and install the inner seal.
