so i'm boosted already.... luckily its holding up to 11psi but never get it up there anyway... now its time to rebuild now thati have enough money.....
d16z6
gotta install the Eagle H beam rods, vitaras, water pump and oil pump.... replacing those.... got all the lil stuff liek bearings, rings... etc....

Now question is.... i'm trying to get about 300 whp... anything else i need to do to make my motor more reliable besides a new good tune... running on crome right now and everything.... so just the rebuild part... any suggestions are helpful... but one thing... i dont' have time to get the block professioanlly sleeved or blockguard...

don't forget your head: check your valve guides, new valve seals, cam seal, etc.

Yeah, you might as well do the cam seals while you got the timing belt off. Throw on a fresh headgasket. Stock sleeves should be ok for 300whp. You pretty much got everything in line as far as building the block.

already got arps in there
just makin sure. i would torque them as per the torque sequence from honda and go in steps of 22, 55 and 82 ft-lbs and make sure you retorque them after 10 heat cycles. this comes right from jeff evans, and he can be found giving this advice on his forums to help ensure that your head wont lift under boost.
