red faded racing seats

so my boyfriend traded his stock 95 civic seats for his friend's tenzo racing seats.
and they're pretty dirty, i was just wondering what's a good way to clean it?

any suggestions are awesome!

steam cleaning them will clean them, but will not restore the red back.

oh ya we know, it's just pretty dirty and we didn't know what to use or do to clean them.

steam cleaning or shampooing works great! you can rent small ones at some places like home depot or lowes. or maybe any vacuum sales place.

I know that 409 Carpet Cleaner does a pretty good job.

Best bet would be to find someone with a truck mount extraction machine and have them clean the seats up. It might be a bit pricey but well worth in my past experience.
