here are some shots of my mugen lip finally installed. got it on ebay from StreetStylers.com

and this is my Z6 valve cover coated with VHT wrinkle paint. i will probably have to redo it sometime, because it didn't come out the best, but now I have a good idea how it works. BTW, got the valve cover from EJ's Rule, great guy to do business with! :D

very easy. i paid them right away, and had the part in about a week. great packing, good fitment, good price. A+ from me.

a drop is on the way, as well as a rear disc swap. i'll be putting on the Eibach Pro-Kit and some AGX shocks, but i haven't ordered the shocks yet.

I like the Z6 cover ;-) Probably because I did mine the same way :-) Got if of an EG5 esi over here in Germany. Hard to find. Got the VHT on ebay cause it is not anything any store over here carries in their assortment. I prefer the OEM lip over the Mugen but it doesn't look bad.

Have the Eibach Pro-Kit installed as well, with stock shocks however.

Let me look for a picture of the valve cover.

Looks like you have salt residue on the block. If so how in the hell did you get your engine bay so damn clean.

I believe this post is meant for me? Well, yes I presume that's salt residue and I really didn't get it cleaned at all. In order to have my rims engineered in germany I took it to a shop that's like a sponsor of my "club" and when the engineer left and my rims and other changes were certified I was stunned to see that they cleaned up the entire engine bay!!! ;-) I guess it helps to be a girl ...

mienboiracer209: thanks!

Mt3: paint is in the works, but i'm working on the suspension first. i just needed to get the lip outta my apartment, lol.

Trubo97civic: the AC didn't work when i bought the car, and a new belt didn't help it either, so i just tore it out. someday when i have extra money to spare and time, i may go in and hook it all back up with new components, but for now it just makes it easier to get at the exhaust manifold, lol.

remove the liscence plate
can't. has to be mounted on the front to stay legal. people get pulled over all the time up here for no front plate.
