Ok guys my brother have a 1998 honda civic d16y8 ex right when he take off the car redline in 5000 rpm in every gear when he reach to last gear or he try to go over 100 it wont go no CEL on. We change spark plug wire rotor cover ecu and still no fix need help thanks.
