-Use a flat-head screwdriver to pop out your emergency lights
-Use a cross-head (phillips) scrwe driver to unscrew the 2 screws that are above you cluster gauge

After that, you'll have to coax the thing out. It's not that bad. It's not going to come out that easily.
If you pull on e corner at a time. the thing pops out.

I recomend you pulling from the top end of the front bezel because it's easier to loosen it out from there.

Theres a wire connecting the the back of the clock thats connected to the bezel. If you're carefull you wont break it.

Just wing it. I did it. My theory. is...if you're afraid to break parts on your car, you shouldnt be working on it at all.

Oh yeah. and dont forget to disconnect power from you battery (30 min.) before you do it because you're working within the viscinity of the airbag system. Someone frmo this forum wnt all political on me just because I didnt emphasize it enough.

Good luck.

emergency lights and clock?? i see neither of these... the radio trim is not in ne way connected to the cluster so i don't see why the cluster would have to come out, i tried all of the above to no avail. i tried prying the dam thing off w/ a screwdriver and part of it broke and it still won't come off

pics would help alot if ne one has ne

poster means the trim that is attached to the dash that is around the climate control, the radio and runs from there behind the steering wheel and further left, holding the defroster button, foglights, power mirrors, etc.

This trim is screwed in to the dash... about 8 screws I think.

To remove this is a pain: You either remove the dash, or you can break your body and mind twisting and contorting your body to unscrew the trim without removing the dash.

I managed to remove the trim without removing the dash...
Getting it off was somewhat difficult... but I nearly went mental getting it back on.

Whenever I removed the trim, I scoured the DIYs at CC and honda-tech looking for pictures... if you decide to do the non-dash removal, check around here and there to get an idea where the screws are

u gotta pull out the bottom part with ur trash tray and then undo a couple screws under neath and push it out, there was a forum on it somewhere and seems kinda techniqal cause of all the air control switches, but it all comes out in a lil box.
