Removing dash trim

So I want to paint my grey dash trim black, and I went out and tried to pry it off with no luck....I don't want to force it off and break it and I was wondering if anybody knew how to get this off? Here is a pic of what I am talking about

im not sure, try some glue remover? but then idk how youd get it back on

im sure there is some screws or somthing like that holding it in. look at the repair manual, it might tell ya

Sorry about the double post, but if I can get the paint I need today I am going to attempt this myself. If I can get it done, I'll let you know how I did it.
