the door window of back seat window? For the door window pop off the door panel and start unbolting the bolts connecting to the window slider. I forget how to take out the back ones...i think they just unbolt
i dont know about your car, but the newer (90's civics) back windows are glued in. somebody bashed out mine and im having a hell of a time figuring out how to replace it. maybe a glass shop can help me out.
