I have a 97 d16y8, but it is running a 91 si computer because of the intake. It runs well, and i just installed a switch and relay for VTEC. It never had a rev limiter, but prior to installation a limiter decided to activate at the stock 6800 rpm. However, i just drove it and it was not engaging. I am concerned why it is not working all the time, and what problems may spawn from this.
