reverse light switch.

where is this switch located? and if possible can i wire my own switch to the under dash fuse? i need to turn it on and off withouht pulling to reverse.

white lights on a vehicle that isnt moving backwards is a big no no

its more for my job im tired of pulling my welding machines out at night to turn my car back around to use my head lights, running a construction lamp off the same generator kills my amps for my machine.

Yes, you can wire a switch upto it. All the OE reverse switch does is connect the circuit so the lights get power. If you look at the switch, its a push switch. When in reverse, the tranny pushes the switch, turning the lights on. What you could also do, is run power to the switch, then out to the reverse lights, so whenever the switch is on, the lights come on.

or get some cheap fog light type lights, mount them to the underside of the trunk, so you open the trunk, then flip a switch in the trunk to turn the lights on, facing outward

You could do a DIY for a clear one in your case.
