i have a 97 civic hatchback with a b16a swap. i believe it was manual before the swap. ive tested fuse and its not getting voltage.. ive tested the wires on the switch and its not getting voltage. ive tried bypassing the switch by giving the connector voltage but lights didnt turn on. bulbs are good. what is going on??
