pretty nice vid that LS motor has header and intake......Man I wanna see someone just come out of nowhere with an EX JRSC that just owns s**t man.....Those kits are alright it just takes some time and money but im sure you can get that s**t pulling really hard.........
well, i would record my EX w/SRI for you if i had the equipment to do so, but the VTEC engagement point (~5500 RPM) is very noticable, and decently loud.
oh...and i was just guessing as to why. I'll watch the vid again to make sure.
For just having bolt-ons on d16/z6/y8, the vtec engagment is more like a change of tone when it hits, but its definately audible. WIth a short ram intake, its louder than using a cold air.
Not sure how it would really sound like if it was really fixed up to be fast.
