Rims/ Fog Lights

I dunno what kinda rims do I have? I have looked around and can't seem to find em. Anybody seen these before? Also I'm getting a LS soon and boostin so the Fogs gotta go Anybody lookin to buy em? You can see em just a bit in the pic, but they are flawless.

**edit** Yeah the cars a little on the dirty side in the pic. It was kinda cold to try to wash my baby. Gonna see if i can post another pic. Not the best, but better.
