rims or exhaust?

ok, so theres my predicament (SP?)
Should i get new rims 16' arospeed RSGT (gunmetal)
or should i get a cat back exhaust , Tanabe Super Racing Medalion

ill have enough next pay cheque, what should i get?

although, depending on how light the rims are, you may notice more with the lighter wheels. But since you've got the header, the exhaust'd prolly help performance more than wheels.

im soo mad right now, just tryed to order the exhaust throuhg nopi.com and its not leting me, my friend ordered it form there and were both canadian, its giving me problems even though i filled out province and Postal code, not zip code and state...GRRRRRRR!!

the exhaust is ur best bet. the rims can come at a later time. civics need more power, and the rims and gonna help that as much as the exhaust.
