They're pretty good. They let me know immediately that my springs were on backorder an that it'd take a couple of weeks before they could get them to me. However, their customer support was quick and informative. I'd do business with them again.
Bangin' HB thanks for the link i didnt see that lol but anyway i called them and they told me one of the parts i ordered were out of stock and that it will be in by the end of this week, they said that there gonna ship it to with 2-day air with no extra cost to me. So i changed my mind about robearracing.com just next time ill be more reasonable.

Please note that we will be making our last shipments 8/10/04. All backorders not shipped by that time as well as all new orders received after that date will be handled by Power Slot. As there will be a transition period to transfer the inventory, Power Slot will not be making shipments until 9/1/04. To ease this transition, Power Slot will maintain all backorder data and will continue using the existing AEM numbering system.
In the future, all communications for warranty claims and obsolescence should be communicated to Power Slot.

Well, I got my Intake and bushings 2 weeks after ordering. I had to hunt them down for a tracking number. I got the two items though thats the important part. I still haven't recieved my Short Shifter and its now the 19th of the next month. The order was a birthday present for me thats why we ordered it in such advance. My birthday was yestarday. They emailed me a few times and finally it came down to the shifter is still back ordered. So I could wait or exchange. So I said to just exchange it because im tired of waiting and do want to get it in before winter. Then I get an email saying to send 30 dollars and they will exchange it for another shifter, 20 dollars off web site price. But, I dont have the money, im upto my neck in bills, so I said no just cancel my order and refund the money. Im done ordering stuff online, i'll just goto a local places and get ripped in prices, but atleast I get what I want then..... I would give Robearracing a thumb up, just call to make sure things aren't back ordered first.
