Rpm gauge out

IHello I have a 2000 em1 .
It was supercharged , but I took it out and long story short , the rpm gauge went with it!
On the distributor , theres a blue wire thats cut. Could that be it?
Were would I wire it too?
Its not a fuse.
they wired the rpm gauge different my friend said. How do I return it back to its original state like I bought it from a dealer?

For the stock 00 Civic Si, the rpm signal for the tach comes from the ECU (not from the distributor) on a blue wire.

Ok. So what do I wire? I suck at wiring . I get frustrated when my headphones get tangled.
