RPM single wire 5v?

ok i have a 91 civic, converted to DOHC ZC swap, i bought a HKS turbotimer, it calles for a 5v RPM refernce, i need to know if the RPM wire going into teh ECU is a 5v wire? anyone know?

it needs to be a 5v digital single.

the blue wire coming off the dizzy (blue on obd1 cars, i belive itst he same on obd0) or just pick up the rpm signal from behind the cluster.

so that is a 5 volt digital singal right? wasent sure, i knew the blue wire was a RPM wire tho
