Ok, so this question may sound extremely stupid, but i am having a very very difficult time running the power cable to the amp in the trunk. It is a 4 gauge wire, and i already ran it through a grommet in the firewall. However, I am having a very hard time running it under the carpet. I can get it past the front seats by pulling up the carpet on the side, but the carpet between the front and back seats and the back seats themselves are presenting a problem. How do you get it past?!!? Ive tried for the past two hours. I drive a '95 Ex Coupe. As stupid as this sounds, someone help please!

I ran mine down under the door sill, behind the interior rear quarter panel, to the trunk.

Take the console out and run it down the side away from the parking brake cables. Then take a coat hanger and fish tape it through that last section of carpet to underneath the back seat. Repeat your RCAs on the other side of the hump

why would you go through the trouble to do that?:what:

I ran my 12V down the left side on the edge of the carpet and my RCAs on the right side and I didn't have to take anything out. Just popped off that mud guard thing and peeled up the carpet.

arg haha. I still cant get it where i want it to go! You guys make it sound so easy, is there a secret method or something. I can get it under, but then it goes into the quarter panel and i can't guide it into the back.
